Returns & Exchanges

At Rayne’s Baby World, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items. We strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible so you can get back to what matters most.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
